      Amazing company, dedicated and smart team in a quick moving industry

      Pros

      - Very fast paced industry with lots of exciting new developments - Quick onboarding with a lot of responsibility, a varied role and interesting projects - Great overall support from management and other teams - Amazing company culture with very passionate and smart individuals - An inspiring company vision and the feeling you can really have a social and environmental impact

      Cons

      - Very intense interview process, this makes sense overall when you see the resulting team, but it can feel very lengthy - It feels very much in start up mode: hours can be long and intense and you need to have a degree of flexibility

      We couldn’t agree with you more: you'll never get bored working in the transit tech space, because there are so many places that still lack quality public transportation. It's super rewarding to actually see the tangible impact of our work. Thanks for all you do!

      Lost lots of good employees due to bad management

      Pros

      - Nice people and useful product (Citymapper).

      Cons

      Since being aquired by Via, who boasts that they're earning millions during annual reviews: - They've made hiring so much more complicated and tedious - The slow hiring process meant that the remaining teams have to shoulder extra workload, and not everyone who left/got dismissed were replaced - Management basically are useless in advocating for the team. Stale salary, empty promises. - Talented and long-term employees who are left shouldering lots more responsibility but not getting any salary increase or promotions are leaving this sinking ship by the drones.

      - the product itself is good, increasing mobility, sustainable

      Cons

      - loads of promises made during hiring process but the reality looks a lot different - complicated manner of dealing with simple requests - being treated unfairly as a new employee - highly unprofessional - low work ethic, everyone is always "sick" over the weekend
