Their Kennett Square office is basically a shoebox with a really dreadful atmosphere. I was told it wasn’t a clock in/clock out job and that I’d be expected to stay past 5pm even though I would come in early and put in 8+ hours of work a day. Everyone who gets hired here typically quits after a few months. Their pay grade sucks and so do their benefits. All systems are cloud base and there’s no real phones! They use a cheap online services which you have to dial through your computer. A serious joke of a company.

ViaOne is a growing company that provides a lot of opportunity for its employees to gain valuable experience in an enjoyable work environment. The employees are friendly and make the ideal 'work family'; the directors/managers are personable, helpful and enjoyable to work for. Dress is casual/business casual, and the offices are comfortable and modern. Also 401k Matching.

Cons

Typical drawbacks of working for a smaller company, but benefits are competitive and I am very happy to have a job with ViaOne!

Team runs lean, this gives you the opportunity to do a lot of different things. There is always plenty of things for everyone to do
