Pros

Can't think of any besides the fact that it is a company that recruits people and you get a basic salary.

Cons

The company culture is quite horrible. Probably due to job market pressure and ideological herd mentality, there seems kind of parallel unspoken culture by which a group of employees decide as a group if you're acceptable or not. If not you get ostracized and any opportunities within the company is closed forever. The hierarchy is in on it too and they all cover each other when the HQ in the US sends people to check what is going on in this office. There's all sorts of nefarious activity going on so if you're looking to just do your work honestly be prepared for this mafia-like attitude around you.
