Pros

Some people working there are absolute legends, this however does not say anything about the company itself and they are mostly leaving or have already left the company anyhow.

Cons

Shady payment: You get what is considered minimal pay in the country as part of your regular paycheck, the rest is deposited to the personal company you have to open to work there, and when, not if, you get fired, you get compensated for the minimal pay instead of what you received. Lack of any discernible plan for the future of the company (besides hopes and dreams). The design of the website and app is copied 1:1 from similar sites with no real understanding of what should be done. The higher-ups are absolutely atrocious, mostly sociopaths with severe Dunning–Kruger, there are no sensible plans or management, mostly you are chasing your own tail because someone says so. Some people there live to annoy you for fictitious reasons or god forbid, if you come in 3 minutes late, while themselves doing nothing at all, feeling superior about it. Overtime in the tens of hours is of course promptly ignored. Useless meetings that resolve nothing, mostly there so people can listen to themselves talk, good feedback mostly ignored because of frail egos. Most of the reactions on any posts by the company are by employees themselves, there is no users or actual interest for the company. The company also loves to give fancy titles for the most mundane jobs possible, Database administrator = copy pasting data into tables all day long surrounded by 30 people, before everything is outsourced in Venezuela. Basically waiting for the money from the ICO and various illegal operations to run out before you lose your job.

- Great work environment - Management is attentive and seems to care for their workers - Good entry level job to start working remote - You choose how much time you dedicate to work

Cons

- Low payment - No additional benefits like health insurance, paid vacations, none of that (apart from flexible work hours)
