Pros

People in the creative team are pretty great and the vibe is generally positive. Workload is moderate, and everyone's respectful of your work hours and personal time/needs.

Cons

Top management can't stop bombarding employees with quarterly goals and AI an why isn't there a bonus this year -again- and effciency. Bla bla bla, They're quite tone deaf tbh.

Pros

Really nice team of people, everyone is super friendly and good at what they do

Cons

Exec team are distant & change things too often. They could invest more in employees, commissions are very stingy and theyre not upfront about it.

Pros

Friendly peers, wfh setup. Not a lot of work to do really.

Cons

Not a lot got done (despite many meetings), and I think that's because C-level struggled with goals, vision, strategy, and didn't really like to give autonomy to employees to make decisions. We always needed a million meetings to go over everything. Sometimes saw people getting yelled at in team meetings. Sometimes heard about this happening privately. Major priorities shifted quickly without much thought. Nothing significant seemed to get shipped I don't think the CEO likes people... Overall, it felt weird and like we were playing at being a tech company while marketing brought in all the value. There were a lot people who left suddenly, either on their own or even entire departments getting shut down (or forced to quit). Many people seemed to leave just to leave vs because they found something else.
