I did a mistake of not checking Glassdoor reviews before accepting the position. In fact, anybody would make that mistake coz the interns have done a phenomenal job of writing some 40 fake 4star reviews here. Unfortunately however, all reviews have very similar title, content and length. All the fake reviews are mostly 4 star bcoz our President/CoFounder assumed 5 star reviews would be suspicious. All the reviews have great, good, career as key words in the title, as those are the words given by our President/CoFounder in his notes. In fact, unfortunately for our President/CoFounder, most of the words he knows are swear words with which he belittles his employees every waking moment and he knows only a handful of positive words. I have never come across any other workplace which uses so much colorful language, swear words as Viewlift. The leadership is so dishonest that my job was literally to sell vaporware to clients. In my call to the engineering/sweatshop team, it was clear that the product never worked and the clients who remain are because of the tough exit clauses. Any employee who had joined after fooled by the fake reviews have either left or on their last few days. The others who cannot leave, supposedly due to US immigration clauses are stuck there to be tormented by the President/CoFounder. The CEO who is a really nice guy "visits" the office whenever an angry client is in town and looks away from all the harrassment and negligence from the President/CoFounder
