Thank you for taking the time to post your review. We always look to improve our customer service and your comments will be utilized to help us do just that. Vighter prefers to work on long-term Government contracts to give our employees job security, but this temporary staffing project in particular was indeed temporary. Our recruiting staff ensured this point was understood by candidates during the interview process so the they could make an informed decision whether to accept the position or not. I am sorry you were unable to meet with the CEO, President, COO (me), or the Director of Operations during the multiple site visits we conducted over the past year at the shelter. We notified employees in advance, but unfortunately not all employees took advantage of these visits. On the positive side, we were able to meet a large number of wonderful Vighter employees, which provided us the opportunity to put a name with a face during the visits. The Vighter workforce at the site did and continues to do a great job on this challenging project. Additionally upper management decided to hire a Program Coordinator at the worksite to support Vighter's employees working on the project. Vighter is the only (subcontractor) company to spend the funds on this unbillable position and we did it to provide excellent customer service to our employees.
