      - Competitive salary compared to market - Very result-oriented - Great for those who prioritise personal growth rather than an easy-going job - Things move fast and company culture promotes quick results - Very talented team members if you end up with the right manager - Lots of interesting activities outside of work (eg. marathon competitions, annual games and events, team bonding...) - Good benefits and perks (using other Vingroup services)

      - Ridiculous hours and very high pressure, demanding environment - NO WORK LIFE BALANCE! Beware of this before coming in and expect to have a balanced lifestyle. You have been warned. - It's essentially a start-up, so expect that procedures are still constantly evolving and you are expected to be proactive when it comes to asking each department on processing your requests (HR, Finance, Legal, Logistics, etc....)
