      Some people tend to work a lot, but it seems like it's their choice. Can feel guilty leaving after a normal length work day when they're around still

      Pros

      Tech perks like free meals, unlimited vacation (although you work so much that's not really feasible), the cachet of working at Twitter (if that's still a thing)

      Cons

      3 GMs in less than a year, no aligned leadership, goals and plans change every 3 months, constant power struggles, understaffed
