Having to float to other far reaching offices while still being responsible for work in your home office. Being docked 30 minutes for lunch when you don't get to take a lunch break but have to work at your desk while caring for patients. Upper management out of touch with staff. Middle management doesn't communicate well or at all with staff. Training of office staff is very poor which impacts clinical areas.
