Pros
Overall, I love working at Virtual Identity and my team is fantastic. I love the ability to work remotely and this is a huge plus over other companies. I think it speaks for itself that the company has been around for so long, even through the pandemic.
Cons
The C-level is... quite stuck in the past. For most things, this isn't an issue and they're even quite progressive in a lot of ways, but things like inclusion aren't even on the radar, despite being brought up by other leadership members. They have a lot of good things going for them, so I think they don't consider this a priority, but our company is very diverse and this should be recognized instead of just brushed under the rug. There isn't a lot of education or knowledge on these topics and it starts from the top. Additionally, I find there isn't a lot of unity outside of work topics.

The agency really cares about helping their employees develop and grow in their specific fields and cater to personal development talks and reviews around this. A great environment for juniors to seniors for bettering themselves in their respective crafts.
Cons
Since things are all remote based, you kind of miss out on connecting with your colleagues
