Pros

Some operaters are nice 1 other constantly threatens people

Cons

This place is ran by 1 family that has no idea what they're doing. Also if you do your job right you will be demoted, if u constantly screw up everyday you will be praised for doing a good job. They also pay 10.75 a hour. Which is terrible for the area.

Pros

Short Commute from where I lve

Cons

Low pay, Not environmentally controlled for the one's that doing the real work (Machine Operating) two minute deadline for all breaks, Don't have a blood clot in your leg with a doctor's not or they will let you go, keeps people's personal property and it seems production managers over rank H/R and Safety Training orientation not good at all!!!!

Pros

-They hold monthly meetings talking about how much money they have made in the previous month. -HR has some fun ideas that they implement and employees get to be involved in. -Make it better lunches that promote employee ideas to earn a lunch. -Large parking lot. -Processes/ procedures are available for the entire company via their internal ERP. -Some good food options near by for lunch.

Cons

-Continuous restructuring of the organization, leading to positions being eliminated. -Individuals' knowledge hoarding, which prevents collaboration. - Accountability and support is not always given by management. -The parking lot for employees is a long walk. -Quality documentation doesn't always align with actual processes due to changes in personnel and changes made to processes. -This environment is for people who say yes to every request. If the request is questioned, you basically get a "because I said so" answer.
