CEO is running the organization into the ground. They allow terrible behavior from other leaders, including verbal abuse. She consistently lies to the board to make herself and the organization look better than it actually is. Certain departments are allowed to bleed money, but when you need even a tiny resource, she rejects it. Expectations are too high for a normal work week. The benefits are so bad you have to call every doctors office before you go to fight for coverage. It’s a plan they chose so they didn’t have to spend much on employee health insurance. Wild that a healthcare organization would have poor health benefits. People are allowed to do whatever they want, but when the my team does anything wrong it’s the end of the world.

Horrible company to work with. They say they are a non-profit, but the whole company is for profit. Upper management will make unrealistic sales goes, to ensure the company doesn't have to pay you a bonus.
