Pros

Good benefits, and great people in mid-senior positions.

Cons

Senior management is a bunch of clueless Amazon guys with no experience or background in design who had made a series of disastrous investments and bad decisions generally and have run the company to the ground. CEO and founder stepped down, lots of people (even VPs) were fired or left within the last 6 months, new CEO is just laying off talented people with no viable strategy going forward (stock is down 75% from a year ago). Chaotic management (4 reorgs in two years!) and inefficiencies everywhere. Teams are demoralized and have zero confidence (most of us just left or are looking for jobs elsewhere). A once great company is now on a death spiral. Avoid.

Confused company with little to no job security

Pros

Pay, remote work, diverse nature and distribution of the workforce.

Cons

Vistaprint is an odd company, from the outside looking in they give the impression of a buttoned up company but from the inside out its a mess. As mentioned in other reviews the lack of job security and ruthless approach to hire and fire in itself makes it not worth joining. Secondly management cannot decide what they want, and what direction to take; everything feels very reactive and seems to change with the wind. Most importantly, its the sort of organisation which tolerates certain disruptive senior stakeholders (you know the type) that, quite frankly, shouldn't be in the role. The sort of people who stay up working till 4 am, then join calls at 9 am, barking orders, demanding data. You're a senior stakeholder, take a step back, you don't need the detail, trust your employees instead of suffocating them. I never felt so stressed in my life working for this company, I spent every day under the microscope and never realised it until i left. Thank God.
