Pros
Quality product, intelligent staff, great atmosphere. Easy location to commute to. Supportive colleagues. Vistex is Willing to invest the funds required to be able to expand their business within the EU
Cons
Firstly if they don't like someone - they will bully them - as a collective. HR is a puppet of the Managing director of the UK. Anything reported to HR will be reported to the MD within seconds. The UK MD is a money driven person - which as all businesses are it would make sense, however when you sell your company to another company you need to adapt to it's standards and policies and not keep referring to the previous company Bullying staff (verbal abuse) does not help either when the UK MD doesn't get what he wants
