Flexible time - If traffic is bad you don't get penalized for being 10 min. late Weekly and Monthly events - Donuts / Bagels provided by the company every Thursday & typically a monthly luncheon all paid for by the company. Paid Time off , Safe and Sick leave, Paid holidays, Medical, Dental, & 401K with 3.5% match. Overtime offered weekly
Cons
Dealing with other ungrateful crybaby employees like the person above who probably typically only works 60 hours a week because they are out of time and can't get their lazy immature butt out of bed to work 80 hours each week. "Avoid this place" was the opening statement, although if you pay attention to their review they are a current employee meaning they must like something about the job or they still wouldn't be here or no ones else will hire them, there are other jobs out there....nothing is stopping you.

Great working atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and easy to get along with. This place is a place where you can learn and improve engineering skills.
