At the beginning of every Project/ initiative it looks like something will happen, we will get some better technical exposure but Nothing such happens.
Cons
Company, even after 4-5 years after formation, is Not at all growing. This company has another sister Translation company and major revenue comes from there. Only 1 client and 1 project on which it is surviving.. if that goes, company will have to shut down. Employees are not happy. No organizational structure. Micro management, who comes at what time, who goes at what time, who takes brakes and for how much time, for how long the Air conditioner was on, hoe many tissue papers were used, how maNy biscuits were eaten by whom etc. CEO n COO go in such piddle issues.. and thus company not growing. No marketing person. No senior technical person or architect. The one who is shown on the website has jo time to look anywhere else than Support project (the only client). No HR. No Admin person. The funny part is Company recently recruited few old senior mngt ppl (God knows what they do and what is their role)!! Where as programmers are only 3. Only 1 tester. Recently 1 technical person has been taken but on contract for few months. No projects, no visibility. Not even 1 successful project. company changes focus after every now and then. Company did Not even have it's website till last few months. Company vision & mission is also unknown! Most of the employees (whatever are remaining) will leave by mid this year.. Company says they have 3 offices in Pune, but fact is only 1 office in Bhusari colony which is just a Hall (living room of a flat) . No drawers, lockers to keep your stuffs, not even basic necessary things. One Washroom is in CEO's cabin, another one in Translation company! No Conference room, no office boy full day in office; sometimes employees have to serve water to guests.. No work life balance at all. No events, festivals celebrated. Nothing motivating.
