      Volcanic were an innovative and disruptive tech company who delivered a good product with good support

      Cons

      Acquisition saw the guts ripped from this business. Everything of value stripped and streamlined to ensure profitable to its new owns and customers left unhappy and tied in to contracts with poor service

      Pros

      Such a fantastic team and environment. It has that "small team" feel whilst operating on a global scale and with huge ambitions. Some of the people and career success stories here are fantastic and the commitment to diversity and inclusion is driven right from the top.

      Cons

      None at all, but the pace is high and the ambition is huge, so it's important that everyone in the team shares that.

      Great company to work for with some fantastic technology. Have quickly become the market leader in the UK simply through listening to what clients and the industry need. A great team with a family feel to the business. Well rewarded for the work we do.
