      Bad company values: - total absence of transparency in management and decisions - no commitment from dev teams for any delivery - top bottom management R&D is absent from the company vocabulary and topics Sales to delivery funnel is out of control: bad qualify, customer unsatisfied

      Pros

      The company is chaos, low alignment, and high autonomy. No long term vision, no strategy, no guidelines, no KPI, no processes... but very good in marketing. It seems that management is only interested in selling the company.

      Cons

      Many talented engineers and very friendly staff. There is good material for having a product of high quality.
