    I worked at W. R. Berkley full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Small company atmosphere as each satellite company operates as an individual unit. Competitive salary and exceptional benefits.

    Cons

Salary brackets were not universal across the corporation nor were they transparent to all and no defined professional growth plans. The personal touch of having Bill Berkley visit every other year made us feel united, but presidential visits stopped when Rob Berkley took the reigns.
