      I've had good experiences at W1tty, mostly due to the fact the company promotes a culture of innovation, encouraging employees to think outside the box and bring forward fresh ideas. This fosters creativity and continuous learning while also involving teamwork and cooperation with colleagues and, later, our customers.

      Cons

      Working at W1tty is often high-pressure due to the fast-paced, dynamic nature of the FinTech industry. However, this also provides an opportunity to learn quickly, adapt, and build resilience.

      You really feel like part of a team

      Pros

      I’ve always been passionate about finances, and here I was able to not only put my skills to practice but also practice my Chinese on the field. I appreciate how the company shows they value employees they know have skills that are hard to come by. Haven’t felt this way with every company I worked at.

      Cons

      Even for someone fluent in Chinese, verbal communication can be a bit challenging to get through, but you learn as you go with the flow. Unless you have someone to talk Chinese to, your work is the only place where you’ll be able to hone your language.

      Pros

      Very worked-out internal workflow that ensured interaction between teams and a high task completion rate. I really have to give kudos to the planning team over at W1tty, as I really felt like my productivity was progressing in the created environment.

      Cons

      Once it gets going, you’re expected to maintain or, ideally, grow your level of excellency. If you’re not prone to having a voice and having it be heard, you may not get as far as you would otherwise.
