Freedom to organize my work as I like, management friendly and humane.
Cons
Very few opportunities to fraternize with colleagues as everyone is based remote and often in different countries.

Pros
- The company has been built on kindness and respect from the very beginning and from the very top of it, and it really shows in the attitude of the whole team. - The consciousness of working to help people improve their careers makes the work purposeful. - The independence from external investors allows the company to set realistic goals, grow sustainably, establish a stable team and not go into debt. - The company is remote first, with optional quarterly team meetings in awesome locations. - There are benefits related to belonging to a bigger company (WBS Training), including a yearly bonus related to WBS Training performance and huge castle where you can go on holidays for free!
Cons
Peaks of workload do happen in code schools and it's no exception here. Working hours are respected, but it can still get stressful from time to time.
