Pros

mostly wfh, great team of really nice, helpful people. work-life balance is really good as there's a lot of flexibility and everyone is very understanding, plus the mostly WFH really helps. Their benefits are also the best I've ever had.

Cons

The work can be a bit dry sometimes and people tend to stay at the company for a really long time (10+ years) so it's hard to get promotions.
