      Pros

      - a great product that's applicable to almost everyone - a lot of opportunity for growth...if you work hard, and it's pretty limitless - great work life balance (flexible work hours, remote work, passion projects) - great place to be creative, entrepreneurial

      Cons

      - there are always ups and down with tech startups, but lot of the hardships are in the past, it's ready to take off - better clarity on long term projects, business roadmap

      Pros

      - A lot of passionate people who care about each other and delivering a kick-ass experience to customers - Really talented product team and biomechanics engineers - pretty good on diversity of thought, talent, background, gender - Innovative product - starting to see a lot of market validation/traction and that’s really exciting

      Cons

      - Sometimes mindset is a little too “big company” - Vancouver isn’t the best city for talent
