      Pros

      Good client allocated via the company after few rounds of interview with the client. Owner is a good person. Company is in growing stage and has third party clients. Not sure of inhouse projects/products.

      Cons

      Salary can be given a bit early. No other cons as such since we engage mainly with the client company.
