      The people are very friendly and mostly cooperative. A lot of long term employees

      Cons

      Poorly managed, lots of areas with no clear ownership. Small employee count makes for low career development opportunities. Most senior positions are hired in externally.

      - independence in decisions - peers trust and respect - talented people - non-biased - remote-friendly - really nice product - great salary - stable company (COVID has no negative impact) - early Fridays finish at 3 pm - flexible hours (online must hours 9:30 am-4 pm) -7:30h working day + 30min lunch break - great holidays 25 days + X-mas week off + 1 day per worked year after 2 years of service. - PerkBox

      Small but passionate team growing a unique worldwide vision for an online festival community. Strong start-up vibe where the voices, ideas, and influences of the staff all matter. Exciting technical challenges, a grand vision for the future, and a strong team spirit. The company is currently planning a move to a purpose-built £3.8m facility that will be a landmark in the North East.

      Cons

      Being around for 12 years the company is in the midst of replacing or refactoring a set of legacy technologies.
