We appreciate you taking time to provide us feedback. We are proud of the internal growth and opportunities for our team members to grow and develop during their tenure at WP Engine. We also hear from our employees regularly how much they enjoy collaborating genuinely with their peers. Our compensation philosophy is to pay competitive to market based on cost of talent data using high tech salaries surveys for benchmarking. We review our salary ranges on an annual basis and then conduct an annual salary planning review for market and merit adjustment increases. Our Technical Support team members work one to three chats simultaneously depending on customer traffic, so we understand that it can be challenging at times. We would encourage you to speak with your manager or EEBP if you are ever overwhelmed for an extended period of time.
