Pros
Some people were smart and good at their jobs. If you don't mind selling your soul to developers, you can make a living there.
Cons
They encourage employees to write good reviews and will hunt you down if you write a bad one so keep that to yourself until you leave. Executives have little business experience and don't know what they're doing. Pay is crap unless you're buddies with the CEO and execs or are a shareholder. If you see something and say something, you'll be banished so it's a company where you need to keep your mouth shut and just do your work. Zero diversity but white men thrive so it's best to be one of them.
