People you work with are constantly backstabbing and scheming, the mangers are not well experienced and are related or friends of the upper management. They act as they promote a healthy working environment but it is absolutely not. Its like a high school , they choose to have people running stuff only because they are friends and not the best interest of the company. They offer good benefits, but work you like a slave.Free shirts and hoodies but this doesnt make it a good job.

Food safety is not a priority and a lot of the facilities are in sub par conditions and not really equipped for making something that people are ingesting. The owner and a lot of the management berate employees personally and through slack. A lot of employees have left because of mental health problems. You can see the change in culture through the years. It used to be a really fun place to work and now it just feels like another job you clock into. They promote people into positions that have no experience in that position and it seems like its just based on who they like. Things feel like it is quickly changing for the worse and people are jumping ship left and right and a lot of people in higher positions which is concerning.
