      A good role to cut your teeth in an industrial environment

      Pros

      Management are good, down to earth and treat you as an equal. Staff are all very welcoming. Great atmosphere to work in. Decent overtime on offer. Regularly rotated between tasks to keep things fresh.

      Cons

      Some tasks can be repetitive. No real room to progress to better roles regardless of experience or qualifications. Seems like workloads are shared between the hardest workers who often become a victim of their own success.
