8yWSHA values all of our employees and we actively seek to respond to suggestions for changes and improvements both within WSHA and regarding our services to members, however, we do not support or practice change for change sake. Changes within WSHA are carefully considered, planned and thoroughly communicated before implementation. Leadership and Managers are committed to providing an open, honest, challenging working environment and we are always encouraging employees to grow professionally and personally. Because we are committed to professional growth, management training is ongoing, and in house HR is always available as a resource.
