      Direct responsibility and taking decisions on what you are working on. The right place to learn and to grow up. Also an opportunity to hone your professional and soft skills

      There could be some difficulties related to colleagues of different nationalities. From my point of view, this is a good possibility to learn different ways of working

      Very challenging role, as a startup there's so much to do and the learning curve is very high, everyone is willing to help each other and teach you.

      Cons

      Like every startup at early stage is not very organised and structured.
