      coworkers were cool vendors buy you lunch on a regular basis relaxed environment

      Cons

      They'll take advantage of you like you wouldn't believe. There's no room for growth. Base salary is close to nothing. Benefits are terrible. CEO pushes his views onto employees.

      Pros

      Main office is a glorious penthouse suite, lots of amenities. Very generous work-from-home package (for some.) Wonderful people to work with, lots of great attitudes and personalities. Health insurance is decent; 401k contributions phenomenal.

      Cons

      SIMON NYNENS IS NO LONGER CEO - THIS NEEDS TO BE UPDATED!!! The new guy is nowhere near the hands-on leader he was. If you're not sales or accounting, you barely matter to the higher-ups. If you don't work in the main office, you barely get anything besides the absolutely minimum to do your job; still expect to hear complaints from the main office folks! Numbers-oriented to an absurd degree; people have lost their jobs for having a single bad month after amazing growth. Recent changes in top management have caused SEVERE shifts in attitude, not sure if things changed since I left.

      -Great co-workers, for the most part. -Work from home 3 days a week -General Passion from most management to grow -Sponsored breakfasts or lunches -Awesome Company events! -Advancing technologically -Inspirational CEO

      Cons

      -Sometimes the operational groups get overlooked for the sales teams -Some members of management stuck in their ways and not interested in change -A lot of "blame game" and no accountability -The entry level positions are often treated poorly -There is clearly favoritism
