      Not a great place to be

      Pros

      get to do a lot of things with freedom, lots of learning opportunities, Chinese snacks, able to travel to and from china, great benefits - comparible to FAANG

      Cons

      low ball salary, no real awareness of health and safety in the kitchen, was running out of funds until a new round finished due to lack of prototype to impress the investors, Chinese company with a strong Chinese culture with 1 caucasian and 1 Korean, no real IT, no real Corporate Security, no work life balance expects similar treatment like 669 from China.

      Pros

      Colleagues are mostly nice and smart young people.

      Cons

      Overall management is really chaotic. I am purely from technical background and would say this chaos is not bearable. Lots of people are leaving because of heavy "war-room culture", which the management is even proud of. Compensation is very uncompetitive, too.
