Plenty of vertical and horizontal movement available and very low staff turnover which speaks volumes about how each member of the team was treated
Lots of individual freedom for developers, but good processes in place for security and privacy of the customers
Cons
Only major downside was that working spaces weren't great (nor a priority as a remote company), so often ended up working out of a cafe/co-working space when getting together
