Very small team, that means many employees are involved in multiple projects which makes it difficult to manage priorities.

Small business environment with family atmosphere. There is never a dull moment. High paced working environment.
Cons
Lack of consistent direction. Directives rarely communicated in writing. Little to no chance to defend oneself when something bad does occur.
