Pros
A good company to get a start, they take candidate having a 6 months experience or a fresher. And with that they give them the projects which are running so that the candidate get the work flow of the company, or sometimes new project also. They work with frameworks but old.
Cons
Management is very poor. Client comes with a new requirement when the project is 90% over and you have to go through from the start for the satisfaction of client and boss. CEO doesn't get to know the actual scenario what is going on in his company.
