Pros

The turnover at this organization is so high that they're desperate for new hires. It's a good way to get your foot in the door in the tech sector then move onto a better company once you have experience.

Cons

Look at all the positive reviews. Notice how they all use similar buzzwords? Almost like someone was given a template to work from when they wrote their glowing review? Now look at the negative reviews for something closer to the truth. -The turnover at this place is ridiculous. Anyone with talent moves on once they have enough experience under their belt because the work experience is so poor. -Like long hours? Then this is the place for you. Because of that high turnover and problems with the product people are regularly expected to work ridiculous hours with no compensation other than the occasional free fast food lunch. Gee, thanks. -Upper management is completely disconnected from the lower levels. Clients know that they can contact the executive team any time they don't get an answer they want and people lower down the totem pole regularly get thrown under the bus. -There is a reluctance to "fire" problem clients. See above about being thrown under the bus. Management will always take the client's side whether or not it's justified. Always. -Get everything in writing. This company will promise you the world in an interview and never deliver. The only way you're getting promoted here is by moving to a new company. There is no path for career advancement. -They say this is a dynamic growing company. The reality is they're twenty years old, haven't grown much in that time, and a lot of weight given to people who have been at the company for a long time regardless of talent or ability. This is a good company for getting your foot in the industry door if you don't have much experience, but expect a high stress environment with long hours. They pay a lot of lip service to being a fun tech company, but that's all it is: lip service. The actions of management speak louder than their empty promises.
