- Understanding & Learning about diverse projects from different part of the world. - Supportive team members

- The roles & responsible are not defined for anyrole. - The leaders & Management does micro-Management (Welcome back to school). - No work life balance, if the management is working then the team has to work. - Average working is always > 10 hours for 8.5 hours job. - Company policies are not even flexible for employees. - Pay Scale is less. - No perks, no privileges, no benefits. - There is quite partiality with the people. - No work from home even if the employee is sick or its raining heavily outside. - Working Opportunities are less.
