Pros

1) Friendly collegeues. They understand how annoying the management is and help you cope up. Other than this there are no positives.

Cons

1) The founders are very rude and self involved. They're married and argue in the office sometimes, adding hostility to an already hostile work environment. Mehak doesn't even talk with her employees, high chance that she doesn't even know the names of some people. Even when the organization isn't so huge. Anand is the most arrogant person I ever had the chance to meet. He doesn't care about the employees at all, snoops around to see what everyone's doing and gives people a hard time about work, even when they're performing well. 2) You can only survive here if you are great at flattering people. 3) They make you feel bad even if you're 5-10 minutes late, while they don't care if you're working past the working hours. 4) There is hostility in the environment and everyone's scared. People keep a watch on how many times you get up from your seat. 5) They don't care about the personal wellbeing of their employees, for them only the work should get done. That's all they care about. 6) There is no HR, even when there is one, Anand will not let the HR take decisions. He wants everyone to behave and function according to his whims and fancies. 7) Salaries come late and are irregular. 8) The hostility in the atmosphere, bad behavior of the management and hardly no break from work (even Saturdays are working) affects productivity and leaves you with no personal time. 9) They expect you to work even on Sundays. The only days that are off.

Hi Of course we dont believe that ours is a "perfect" workplace, if one such thing existed. But here's why I feel there're high chances of this review being "highly coloured" for some vested reasons: - Working on Sundays, seriously? - Salaries come late and are irregular: One of the things Im absolutely proud of from the day we started (Touch wood) that this hasnt been the case There's however no smoke without fire and it does pain me that you / someone you know had a bad experience working with us. It is our endeavour to make people feel as comfortable as possible, while at the same time ensuring we push hard (er) towards our goals In case you decide to reach out to us separately/ here to reveal your identity, it ll help us greatly to introspect in terms of what could've led to you writing this absolutely abysmal account of us. Thanks for your feedback anyway

Pros

Colleagues are great! Classic when you're in the same boat situation, the only saving grace in this dictatorial company. HR is kind, and so are the managers but it's kind of useless because the CEO would squirm if the HR or the managers ever took a decision that is not in his favor, after all as per him it's 'his" company and not of the people who work there and help it grow and build. It is a great company to work at and you get to learn etc only because of the teams and people you work with. There is one thing that poisons the work culture and environment and that is the CEO.

Cons

1. Anand is a selfish, self centered and egoistic person who has no heart for his employees, he thinks he owns the people who work there and refuses to accept any feedback. 2. Unrealistic expectations! The management (particularly the CEO), has zero logic and reasoning behind the targets set, if contested, it's like a personal attack towards him and he retaliates accordingly. 3. The Founder and Co Founder both are immature to an extent where the employees have given up on them. 4. As much as you try to work hard, enjoy the job and stick around, the management makes it impossible to do so. 5. There is a surveillance like environment.. not cameras... but the CEO. All day he sits around and only observes who is talking, who is going where, what are people doing etc. He expects people to take ownership, which is fair, but when people do so, he is not okay with it, because it's not his way... even if he is wrong. 6. When he is in a bad mood, everyone is in for a bashing, he is not a listener at all. For him it's "My way or the highway" 7. Saturday working is the worse idea they must have come up with. It is a torture for the employees who already work extremely hard the entire week. 8. When there is a mid week off because of Govt. holiday, he makes sure the Saturday working schedule has an extra working Saturday to compensate for that one off weekend.
