Pros
Incredible team; super smart, driven and inspiring. 'Get stuff done' attitude and exciting, fast-paced environment. Great culture and benefits. Lots of opportunities for growth within the company – freedom to focus on what you're interested in and lots of support if you want to move into another area of the business. Not hierarchical, very welcoming, flexible and generally a great place to work.
Cons
Sometimes a little chaotic – if you prefer lots of guidance / hand holding you might feel a bit lost, but if you're happy with more independence that shouldn't be a problem.
