Flexible, independence, lots of training support

Cons

This is not a “document and leave” role. We do a lot of direct care coordination and meetings as well. You must have initiative and enjoy working with little direction.

Too much of an administrative burden. Participants become less independent as they are provided almost everything resulting in less accountability.
