      Involvement in improving health across a broad range of activities; diverse business functions; altruistic; welcoming culture; good IT, great benefits eg. private health care, gym, bar, flexible working, restaurant; superb offices, bright and airy;

      Can become detached from a commercial outlook to business. If you come from a highly commercial environment, this may be a challenge dependant on the business area you work in.
