Pros

- Employees receive a lot of autonomy to complete and shape projects. - Market-leading product. - Motivated and engaged leadership. - 100% remote and management is putting in effort to make it fun and flexible. - Strong sense of teamwork and colleagues always exchange ideas. - Most family-friendly company I have worked for. The company is willing to work around outside work responsibilities. - I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to a friend. - The opportunity to work abroad.

Cons

- Good to know for prospective employees is that the company expects innovative ideas from every employee. This is not necessarily a "con" in the traditional sense, but could make some people feel uncomfortable or overwhelmed in their role. - 100% remote work can be difficult if someone is not prepared for the isolation that might come with it. - Since you could be the only person in a department, it is sometimes harder to bounce ideas off of someone.

Pros

WhatConverts is highly rewarding experience as the company offers a compensation package that includes base salary, commission, and benefits. My Director of Sales, Miles Mikkelsen, provides my team with regular, comprehensive sales training that equips us with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their professional abilities. As a rapidly growing company, WhatConverts offers ample opportunities for career advancement and personal growth, making it an exciting environment to work in.

Cons

While the onboarding process was a bit fast, I was able to hit the ground running by being provided with additional resources. My pod also allocated extra time to my specific needs to develop a deep understanding of our offerings.
