We'd like to provide some additional context regarding this engagement. This was a high-volume, performance-based RPO project where expectations and productivity metrics were clearly communicated during the interview process, onboarding, and through ongoing coaching. Because this was a client-managed engagement, the client retained the ability to remove recruiters who were not meeting the agreed-upon performance expectations.
We also want to clarify the perception that this was a "revolving door." While there were staffing changes throughout the engagement, approximately 83% of the recruiters who joined the project remained with us through its completion—a retention rate we are very proud of, particularly considering the project was staffed largely with junior recruiters in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment. Additionally, what was originally expected to be a three-month engagement was extended to nearly eight months due to the success of the program, and many recruiters were ultimately converted into full-time positions with the client.
