      Pros

      You are part of a team of professionals in an atmosphere that challenges you intellectually! There is an anormous amount of support provided. There is an amazing culture of commumication where everyone's ideas matter as long as they support our school mission.

      Cons

      The work is hard and requires a lot of time outside the working hours, which could be overwhelming, but the supportive culture and excellent training make it worthwhile. Supervisors are great trainers and extremely helpful when needed.

      Strong leadership. Hardworking teachers. Wonderful kids. It's the choice school for kids who want to ask questions and find out the answers.

      Cons

      All schools have something. Not enough glaring cons to mention.
