Worst Company to Work

Pros

There is no pros. Don`t believe good reviews. All good reviews are given by internal team members.

Cons

// They will not give salary as per industry standards. // They will not provide salary on time. // Hike process is too slow. Hike cycle starts from January but you will get the revised salary and arrears on June or July. If you are leaving the company after getting salary arrears then they will ask you to pay back the salary arrears. // worst company polices. // If you are not working also fine but they will expect you to sit for 9 hours a day. // Only for name sake it is a product based company but the work culture is like a service based company. // Manager will not consider your good work or suggestion. Whatever work manager says you should do. // If you are passianate about your work then please do not join this company. // There is no rewards and regonition in this company. // There is no work life balance. // They will treat you like slave. // Old technologies used. // work environment is too bad.

Pros

In one of the review, it was written even the VP and CEO are down to earth. Don't you think this is an internal review by the company. Are VP and CEO gods. It's written even they are down to earth which means they are not supposed to be down to earth. It is posted by the company. Don't believe it. CEO and VP think too much of themselves.

Cons

CEO and VP are not talented. They can't get jobs in any other company. Just running the company like a petty shop owners. Even petty shops are far better. If you need some pocket money and out of job, think of joining this company otherwise stay away. Hopeless guys get huge pay because of partiality. Every highly paid manager including the VP falls at CEO feet to get their salary. This happens closed doors and have seen the most highly paid lady manager falling at CEO feet.

Pros

// If you want to take a break in career and still get paid, join this company. Here you are paid for your presence, not for your productivity. // With a keen observation, you will learn how cleverly a mess-up can be decorated. // Skill needed – You should know when and who to blame. ( Some time we need to get dirty to understand a bigger picture ).

Cons

// Couple of software, which this company has developed (?) are literally “Proprietary & Preparatory” to few employees. Source codes are full of patches & scattered. Multiple manual setup are needed to improve/ deploy. // You are likely to face multiple meetings every week. All meeting are more like college life “for-against” debate. // No established SOP. // Seriously lacks methodologies like Lean Startup principles & Extreme Programming principles // No engineering thought processes, tools, and culture. Here Innovations are all about cheap & easy work around. // Not a place for bold innovators, critical thinker and hardcore engineers. Here technology is about reinventing the wheel everyday. // Project Managers are clueless about which PM methodology they are using. // Sometime you may want scream your lungs out. It’s really stifling to work in that bad environment.
