We are constantly thinking of new ways to engage staff in cross-departmental projects and discussions as we believe that doing so fosters creativity, and emphasizes our commitment to a collaborative and diverse culture. Work/life balance means a lot to us. Your feedback indicates there is potential for improvement here. While we make a consistent effort to collaborate with staff on the benefits we offer, your feedback is important and we will keep this in mind as we re-visit the flexible & remote-work schedules as well as time-off benefits we offer.
