      New owners / new management are uninspiring

      Pros

      Employees once cared but it's too late to save business now.

      Cons

      Cutting the business to bare bones, cut standard benefits and pay. Inflated titles in hopes people will stay / believe self importance. Sad. I would be surprised if business still exists by end of year.
