      Pros

      Colleagues are more than happy to help with any request, its a real family feel even though we are split up over the world. The company is evolving every day and new challenges are presented every day. Internal communication is brilliant also and so are the processes.

      Cons

      Would be great to see everyone in one place sometime and shake some hands!

      People are amazing. Training and support provided is very good. No day is the same and a great challenge. The product Wildix is selling is fantastic Ethics of the company are great

      Welcoming company, well organised and good overall culture. No complaints.

      Cons

      Many roles are totally/mostly remote, which is great for many (including me), but you don't get to know everyone as well as you might in an office.
